Marfik Mattress – Key Features
- The mattress core consists of Bonnell springs wrapped in resilient polyurethane foam with a hygiene certificate.
- Double-sided felt support layers protect the foam from wear and extend the mattress lifespan.
- Double-sided mattress — can be flipped and rotated to prevent deformation. It is recommended to rotate a double-sided mattress every 6 months to extend its life and improve sleep hygiene.

- Micro cover — Micro fabric with Öko-Tex® Standard 100 ecological certification, quilted with fluffy anti-allergy wadding.
- The cover features a 4-sided zip for easy removal.
